What we can settle

Anything in the catalogue. Which blade length suits a board you already own. Whether a Serbian cleaver or a butcher knife is the right tool for the joint you are breaking down every week. Which knives come in a given set, and how much each one works out at. Whether a sheath is leather or moulded. Whether two near-identical cards differ in anything but the colour of the handle.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the box in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
