01The small print
Editorial Policy
This page sets out how the Huusk catalogue is written, so you can weigh it against anything else you read about kitchen knives.
Where the figures come from
Blade lengths, piece counts, steels and handle materials are read out of our product data, not typed from memory. A card that cannot show real figures does not go up.
What never gets printed
A hardness number we did not measure. A laboratory result we did not read in a public document. A certificate nobody issued us. Where a claim needs an outside authority, that authority is named on our updates page with the date we read it.
Photographs
Every frame is looked at beside the knife it claims to show before it goes up, and a frame that argues with its caption does not run. Promotional banners with slogans printed into the pixels do not run either.
Customer words
The quotes on the front page are real reviews of these knives, as their writers typed them. Star counts and dates stand as they were on the day we read them.
Corrections
A number that argues with the box, a photograph that shows the wrong handle, a sentence that reads as a promise: forge@huusk-us.com, with the page you found it on. We fix it and say what changed.
One button, the whole Huusk range
Every blade length, steel and piece count in the Huusk lineup sits behind this button, with the current price beside it. Pick the job, check the blade against the board you own, and it ships from our retail partner.
